I love the picture! It is so tricky to grieve, knowing anger is a part of grief, and knowing you have to feel the emotions before you can move through them and on to the next stage, without getting bogged down in the anger. I don't want to hate, so I keep stuffing the anger down, swallowing and suppressing... and I really don't think that is going to work...
